This model 6378-C is the highest capacity soft-serve machine Spaceman makes. Similar to the Taylor C713. This soft-serve machine is ideal for freezing and serving frozen yogurt, ice cream or any other soft-serve product. The machine is equipped with (2) 3.4 liter freezing cylinders each with their own dedicated compressor for extra cooling power as well as (2) 16 liter mix hoppers with agitators. The machine can dispense two different flavors with the option to twist in the middle. With the ability to output 80 quarts an hour with twin motors and twin compressors and a built-in counter to see number of dispenses per day, as well as total dispenses, the machine is built for heavy duty use in cafeterias and busy establishments. Ease of use is another integral aspect to this soft serve freezer. It is equipped with a mix low indicator, which alerts the operator when the mix is running low. The microprocessor controls add a level of convenience by automatically regulating refrigeration and helping ensure consistent product quality by controlling the product’s temperature and viscosity levels. Similarly, the built-in standby feature maintains product temperature in the mix hoppers and freezing cylinders below 40 degrees Fahrenheit during long no-use periods. These features are designed to give you the highest quality product and make it easy to adjust machine settings depending on which type of product is being served.
Unlike other soft-serve machines which only offer basic safety protections, this unit has safety considerations built into each feature of its machine The built-in temperature display shows both the hopper and cylinder temperature to control product safety. The freezer is also equipped with low temperature and motor overload cutouts to protect from cylinder from over freezing. It has controls to reduce the chance of the compressor or motor overheating.

FREE! All items on FroCup ship free within the L48 United States of America. Your machine will be delivered in a secure crate via LTL common carrier semi truck.
Warranty:
All warranty and setup support will be handled by Spaceman directly. The warranty is 5 years on the compressors/hoppers/body and 1 year on non-wearable parts and labor. Wearable parts such as blades and o-rings are not covered under warranty. Client must notify FroCup in writing within 14 days after delivery if there are any issues with the machine. All sales final.
Installation:
This unit is available in single phase or three phase and requires a dedicated electrical connection of 220V/60HZ/30Amps and comes with 1 cord but no plug. Default is single phase. The three phase version is available upon request at time of order placement. This unit must be hard wired by a qualified electrician. Installation costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in this offer. Please consult the Specification Sheet for further installation information.
