Drop-In Topping Bar that does not require electricity. This is a built in unit that drops into your counter. It is built to handle ice in the bottom that you can add to keep toppings cool.
This item is a Drop-In Topping Bar that does not use electricity. That means it is perfect for dry toppings or if you want to keep toppings cold you must add ice to the bottom. There are several sizes available ranging from 6 toppings to 36.
6×6″ pan trays, lids and serving spoons included with adapter bar. 12 month parts/labor warranty and free shipping are included with all selections within the Continental US. Optional sneeze guard is available to purchase separately for $1295.

Specifications:
Top: Constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, die stamped with a raised perimeter bead. There is a solid vinyl gasket under the beaded edge to form a seal to the counter top, thus preventing seepage or marring of the counter top. Embossed mounting lugs are provided along the inner surface of the top to hold the removable separator channels in place.
Liner: The inner liner is 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel, one piece construction, all welded, ground and polished to a uniform finish. All corners are covered with a minimum 1/4″ radius. A 3/4″ diameter drain with strainer, 4″ PVC nipple, and valve are provided.
Insulation: The pan is fully insulated with high density polystyrene, 1″ thick on all sides, 2″ thick on the bottom and enclosed with a 22 gauge galvanized steel outer case.
