Shipping

Orders ship Monday-Friday. Free ground shipping within the Continental United States applies to all orders of $98+ to a commercial address. If you checkout using a residential shipping address, we may contact you to charge the residential shipping separately before processing your order.

Express shipping is available for an additional charge. Call for best express rates. Orders placed over the weekend will ship Monday. FroCup reserves the right to ship via LTL on a pallet. Transit and delivery times are not guaranteed. Order in advance and keep an emergency stock in case of delays. Additional charges may be incurred if consignee is unavailable when delivery is attempted.

Free shipping to Hawaii for orders of base mix and flavorings of at least $98.  Contact us for shipping quotes on other items to Hawaii.

International Orders

All international orders should be placed directly with Nanci’s by emailing info@nancis.com or by phone at 480-834-4290. Pricing and terms on FroCup.com do not apply to international orders.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds are available. We encourage ordering samples of mixes and flavorings before placing large orders. If there is a problem with your order such as damaged items or incorrect products, please note damage on the bill of lading before signing (for pallet orders) and contact us immediately.
