Unsweetened pure light cocoa to be used as concentrated flavoring that you add to soft-serve base mix. Add 3 oz (85 g) per 3 lb bag of Nanci’s Vanilla or Neutral base mix. Other recipe is add 2.5 oz (70 g) per 1 gallon liquid base. May add more if desired and it will make the final product darker.
