Unsweetened pure dark cocoa to be used as concentrated flavoring that you add to soft-serve base mix. Add 2 oz per 3 lb bag of Nanci’s Vanilla or Neutral base mix. Other recipe is add 1.5 oz (45 g) per 1 gallon liquid base. May add more if desired and it will make the final product darker.
50 lb. bag is certified Kosher Pareve. Does not include Oreo cookie chunks. Those tend to clog froyo machines so they are best offered as an available option from the topping bar.
