Our Unsweetened Tiger’s Blood flavor is concentrated for ice cream or frozen yogurt soft-serve base mix. Tiger’s Blood taste is a combination of watermelon, strawberry, and coconut. The color is bright red. It is often described as an exotic fruit flavor and is a common flavor in shaved ice.

Tiger’s Blood Recipe: Recommended usage is 1 oz flavoring per ½ gallon base mix frozen yogurt or ice cream.

Best used in the following Nanci’s Frozen Yogurt base mixes: Fruit Whip, Creamy Plain Tart, Premium Tart (Greek Yogurt), Fruit Freezer Sorbet

Yield	1oz Dropper Bottle – Use 10 drops flavoring per ounce of finished product, 3oz will flavor 1- 3lb bag of mix (or 1.25 gallons), 6oz will flavor 2 – 3lb bags of mix (or 2.5 gallons) Half gallon will flavor 20-26 / 3lb bags of mix (or 32 gallons), and Gallon will flavor 40-45 / 3lb bags of mix (or 64 gallons).

I wasn’t sure how this would taste as I’ve heard mixed reviews. However, it is marvelous and is one of our shops favorites. This will be one flavor that comes back regularly for sure. It is definitely delicious!

Some customers liked this flavor. You can definitely taste the coconut, which might be more intense if made with the plain tart base mix. The flavoring does have a milk allergen
