Low-fat soft-serve frozen yogurt mix. Sweetened with premium natural crystalline fructose and contains PowerPro Active Probiotic Cultures.

If you want to make all your recipes from just a single base mix, this is the one for you.  Just add water and flavoring.  To give it a unique super yogurty taste, try adding 1/4 cup Euro Yogurt per 3 lb bag.  To make chocolate from the Neutral Sweet base, try adding 1/2 cup Vegan Cocoa per 3 lb bag.  If using fruit flavors, it is best to add 2 teaspoons Tart Booster per 3 lb bag to help brighten up the fruity flavor.

    Tastes great. We add milk to make it creamy for our Frozen Yogurt. Mixes well with added flavors. I would recommend for a yogurt shop.

    My husband and I totally LOVE this dry yogurt mix! It is consistently delicious, fast and easy to make. I use milk, a small amount of canned milk, some sugar substitute and 2 teaspoons of vanilla. I freeze it in individual 8-ounce containers. We like to eat it partially thawed because it enhances the flavor. I toss mine in a sink of hot water for a short time, it’s wonderful!
