This is a concentrated powder to enhance the fruit flavoring of your soft-serve base mix. A little goes a long way with this booster – just add 1/2 tablespoon per bag of base mix.

Use this Tart Booster with fruit flavors or with Cheesecake flavor to give it an extra zing. This is a concentrated powder designed to be used with the Neutral Sweet Base or Vanilla Base to make the fruit flavors taste better in those creamy bases. You don’t need this booster if you are using the fruit flavor with the a tart base or sorbet base.
