How do I make fruit soft serve?  Use 1 gallons (3.8 L) water. Add 3 oz (85 mL) of fruit flavoring. Pour into soft-serve machine.

How do I make a frozen beverage?  Use 2 gallons (7.5 L) water. Add 6 oz (175 mL) of fruit flavoring. Pour into frozen beverage machine.

Can Fruit Whip be used to make Acai Bowls?  YES! Fruit Whip makes a great base for acai bowls. Just add Nanci’s pure acai powder to the Fruit Whip when mixing with water. Then pour into your soft-serve machine and within minutes you’ll have a great frozen soft acai to which you can add fresh fruit, granola and shredded coconut in your bowl for the classic acai bowl experience.
