Unsweetened concentrated flavoring for soft-serve base mix. Recommended usage is 1 oz flavoring per ½ gallon base mix.  Best used in the following base mixes: Vanilla, Neutral Sweet

1oz Dropper Bottle – Use 10 drops flavoring per ounce of finished product, 3oz will flavor 1- 3lb bag of mix (or 1.25 gallons), 6oz will flavor 2 – 3lb bags of mix (or 2.5 gallons) Half gallon will flavor 20-26 / 3lb bags of mix (or 32 gallons), and Gallon will flavor 40-45 / 3lb bags of mix (or 64 gallons).

    Not much flavor in this one. This is the first one I really did not like.

      Thanks for taking the time to share. Some flavors that are mild and subtle may work best in the Neutral Sweet base. Neutral Sweet base is the same base as the Vanilla base but without any vanilla in it so flavors such as White Chocolate Mousse will come through better. Other flavors that also work best in the Neutral Sweet base are Angel Food Cake, Cotton Candy, Hazelnut, KiwiColada, Peanut Butter, Marshmallow and any fruit flavors you want to be more sweet. Just remember to add a teaspoon or two of Tart Booster to your recipe per bag if making a fruit flavor in the Neutral Sweet base. (The Tart Booster will help any fruit flavor be more zesty and fruity in a sweet base.)
