This is the same amazing Nanci’s Vanilla Frozen Yogurt soft-serve mix served in restaurants around the world. Low-fat soft-serve frozen yogurt mix. Sweetened with fruit sugar (pure fructose) and contains PowerPro Active Probiotic Cultures. Certified Kosher Dairy.
Ingredients: Fruit Sugar, Non-hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Extra Grade Whey, Maltodextrin, Milk, Cellulose Gum, Vanilla, Guar Gum, Citric Acid, Yogurt, Whey Protein Concentrate. Contains Active Probiotic Cultures. Trans-fat Free. Gluten Free. CONTAINS: Milk
Mixing Instructions:
- Pour 3 lb. bag slowly into 1 gallon (3.8 L) drinking water while stirring slowly with wire whisk.
- Add additional flavor if desired: 3 oz./bag (85 mL).
- Pour into machine or store under 40°F (4°C). Use within 10 days. Stir hopper daily.
- Reset overrun daily by dispensing and recycling product back into hopper.
Each 3 lb. bag yields 1.25 gallons. A 10 bag case yields 12.5 gallons. That’s more than double the frozen yogurt product than our typical liquid mix competitors for the same price!
