25 lb bag (11 kg) of dry powder scone mix – just add water.  Add fruit or chocolate from your topping bar as desired.  Or sprinkle with powder sugar.  Best served within an hour of baking.

1 lb of powder makes about 32 premium quality MiniScones.  Each cooked scone weighs about 0.5 oz (15 grams).

Just-Add-Water premium neutral scone mix for making small sized scones in any mini donut baking machine.  Quick and easy premium mixes contain no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, trans-fats or saturated fats.

Simply mix dry base with water and cook in baker for 2 minutes at 350 degrees F.
